Responsibilities

What Your Day Looks Like• Canvass assigned residential areas across the greater Harrisburg region and • Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings. • Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed. • Walk customers through a simple, accurate enrollment process.• Build your skills through daily hands-on experience and coaching.• Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals.

What We're Looking For• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.• People-first attitude—coachable and open-minded.• Competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to earn.• Your drive and motivation matter more than any sales experience.• Bilingual English/Spanish or any language is a strong plus.• No degree required.
