Job Summary:

 An Equipment Solutions Specialist in our Customer Boarding Department is responsible for reviewing new and existing customer accounts for provisioning of credit card terminals and software. Additionally they perform a multitude of functions in order to provide the correct processing solution to our customers. Success in this role requires an energetic, solution solving individual who is software and terminal technical. This position will play a key role in securing revenue and building customer loyalty.

What you'll do:

• Handles software requests for Global, Auth.net, NMI gateway, EPX USAepay, TSYS, Global, First Data and Paradise POS 

• Processes semi-integrated equipment requests and re-activation requests

• Processes software closures

• Engage with Senior ES Representative to help troubleshoot technical issues as needed

• Call queue support and communicate with customers and sales partners on general software issues

• Ability to learn and understand applicable processing  equipment, software and services that the organization offer

• Expand knowledge through internal resources, supervisors, fellow employees, company training, and trade publications

• Maintain a high degree of ethical behavior in all aspects of daily business including relationships with merchants, Partners and co-workers

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all NAB and TMS employees and departments by keeping a positive attitude and a collaborative focus in all interactions

• Manage and organize a high level of productivity through the effective use of all available resources including database systems and query reports.

• Adhere to company policies as defined

• Accept and complete assignment with open, cooperative, positive, and team oriented attitudes 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Technical or Payment industry experience preferred 

• Technical aptitude ability and strong attention to detail

Salary Range: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
