Esp Seguridad SocialCountry: Mexico*Movimientos Afiliatorios IMSS (ALTAS, BAJAS Y MODIFICACIONES DE SALARIO): Generar interfaz en sistema People Soft, por cada uno de los movimientos; Transmitir dichos movimientos a través de IDSE (IMSS Desde Su Empresa); Llevar control de movimientos enviados, aceptado y rechazados; La actividad se realiza todos los días para las bajas, cada semana para altas y quincenalmente para modificaciones de salario y Verificar el correcto envío y atender rechazos.
*Revisar el cuadre quincenal de la nómina, verificar el correcto descuento de cuotas y provisiones (IMSS, AFORE E INFONAVIT) con la finalidad de detectar posibles irregularidades a través de : Reportes sistema PS, validación cuotas y provisiones, SDI, validación de Incapacidades enviadas por el empleado contra las facturas que emite el IMSS conforme al convenio de pago de incapacidades y verificar la correcta aplicación de retenciones y suspensiones de créditos Infonavit.
*Proceso de cálculo y pago de cuotas IMSS, RCV e INFONAVIT: Cargar información al programa SUA (Sistema Único de Autodeterminación) del IMSS, se verifica que no haya rechazos y se procede a confrontar contra las bases de PS-SUA-EMA, para garantizar el pago de la totalidad de los empleados y su correcto SDI.
*Para créditos Infonavit, se genera interfaz para cargar al SUA, se valida y confronta contra EBA (Emisión Bimestral Anticipada), en caso de existir diferencias se corrigen y se procede a realizar el pago bimestral.
*Solicitud de Fondeo de recursos a la cuenta de Banco para el pago de Cargas Sociales.
