Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide on-site clinical education, training, and consulting to healthcare professionals on the proper use of Medtronic therapies and technologies

• Deliver specialized clinical support during surgical procedures and in critical care environments, ensuring the appropriate use of medical devices and contributing to improved patient outcomes

• Partner with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals, serving as a clinical and technical resource

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business strategies across one or more business units

• Participate in congresses, conventions, forums, and clinical events to increase awareness and adoption of Medtronic solutions

• Work closely with Clinical Leadership, Clinical Management, and Sales teams to provide comprehensive support to customers and end users

• Identify business growth opportunities within hospitals, particularly in critical care and surgical settings

• Support the adoption of new therapies and technologies through clinical training and ongoing technical support

• Serve as a clinical and technical expert to support commercial activities, address specialized inquiries, and strengthen customer relationships

Experience & Knowledge Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience or familiarity with healthcare environments

• Experience providing clinical or technical support for medical devices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• English proficiency at a B2 level
