Estamos em busca de uma pessoa estagiária para integrar nosso time de Atendimento. Essa posição terá contato direto com clientes e diferentes áreas da agência, apoiando a organização e o acompanhamento de projetos de comunicação do início ao fim.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Participar de reuniões com clientes e times internos;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de briefings, cronogramas, entregas e aprovações;
  • Fazer a interface entre o atendimento e as áreas de criação, conteúdo, mídia, estratégia e produção;
  • Organizar demandas e acompanhar os fluxos de trabalho junto aos times envolvidos;
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento dos processos de faturamento em parceria com o time financeiro;
  • Organizar informações, registrar alinhamentos e manter os status dos projetos atualizados;
  • Apoiar o controle de prazos e próximos passos das entregas;
  • Desenvolver conhecimento contínuo sobre o negócio dos clientes, o mercado e o universo da comunicação.

Requisitos

  • Boa organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Interesse por redes sociais;
  • Perfil colaborativo e vontade de aprender;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para acompanhar diferentes demandas simultaneamente.

Diferencial

  • Inglês avançado;
  • Experiência em agências de publicidade, comunicação, marketing ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Conhecimento básico sobre ferramentas de organização e gestão de projetos.
