Modelo de Atuação: 100% presencial
Horário: 13h às 18h
Principais atividades do cargo:
Apoiar as rotinas financeiras da empresa, com foco em contas a pagar e contas a receber;
Realizar contato com clientes para atualização e acompanhamento de informações;
Efetuar atualização cadastral por meio de WhatsApp e outros canais de comunicação;
Apoiar o lançamento e controle de notas fiscais;
Realizar baixas de pagamentos e conciliações básicas;
Prestar suporte às demais atividades administrativas e financeiras da área.
Qualificações
Estar cursando o Ensino Médio, preferencialmente a partir do 2º ano;
Conhecimento básico ou intermediário de Excel e Pacote Office;
Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos na área financeira e administrativa

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
