The Opportunity

We're looking for a licensed Esthetician/Waxer to join our team — and we'd love to hear from newer estheticians who are ready to grow. Our service menu is intentionally focused: a Basic Facial, a Deluxe Facial, and Basic Waxing Services. That means you can really learn your craft and build confidence, instead of being spread thin across a huge menu on day one.

• You need an established, high-volume client book from the start
• You're not currently licensed (or close to it) as an esthetician in Colorado

What You'll Do

• Perform basic and deluxe facials using organic, natural products
• Provide basic waxing services with good technique and a calm, reassuring approach
• Talk with clients about their skin and guide them toward what actually works for them
• Keep your treatment room clean and up to Colorado health and safety standards
• Build genuine relationships with clients so they keep coming back
• Work as part of a team that supports each other rather than competes
• Keep learning — we're an education-first salon

What You Bring

• An active Colorado Esthetician license
• Any relevant equipment for facial services
• New graduates with strong training are welcome and encouraged to apply
• A genuine interest in clean, organic, natural skincare
• Good communication skills and comfort talking with clients
• A team-first, respectful attitude
• Reliability and attention to detail

Compensation

• Starting at $25/hour, plus tips or commission — whichever is greater
