  • Conduct initial site reviews and collaborate with field operations throughout the estimating process.

  • Maintain historical estimating data, project records, and pricing databases.

  • Work closely with operations to ensure accurate project handoffs after contract award.

Qualifications

  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction estimating experience.

  • 3–6+ years of experience estimating U.S. construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of civil, site development, or landscape construction.

  • Experience preparing estimates across multiple construction trades.

  • Proficiency with:

    • Eagle View

    • Bluebeam

    • On-Screen Takeoff (OST)

    • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Fluent English communication skills.

  • Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable learning proprietary estimating systems and internal workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience estimating projects valued between $300K and $6M+.

  • Knowledge of Colorado construction practices, mountain terrain, soil conditions, or high-altitude construction.

  • Experience coordinating supply chain logistics and just-in-time inventory.

  • Previous experience owning or managing a construction business is a strong advantage.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-trade estimates from concept through bid submission.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is analytical, systematic, and committed to producing accurate work.
