Job Description

Swift7 Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Specialist to join our team in College Station, TX.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person events and promotional initiatives. You will interact directly with attendees, represent our clients professionally, help maintain an engaging event environment, and work alongside the team to ensure each event runs smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is interested in developing skills in event coordination, communication, customer engagement, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, setup, coordination, and execution of in-person events.
• Engage professionally with event attendees and provide clear information about represented organizations and initiatives.
• Create a welcoming, positive, and engaging experience for guests.
• Support event presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with team members to achieve event objectives and maintain high standards of execution.
• Help organize event materials and ensure presentation areas remain professional and organized.
• Answer questions and communicate information clearly and confidently.
• Assist with tracking event activity, attendee engagement, and relevant results.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Represent Swift7 Consultants and its clients with professionalism and integrity.
