As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that events run smoothly, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences for attendees.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces including equipment and signage
- Greet and direct guests to appropriate areas within the event venue
- Manage crowd control to ensure safety and order during the event
- Provide information and support to attendees, vendors, and staff as needed
- Monitor event activities and report any issues or incidents to supervisors promptly
- Help with distributing materials, tickets, or promotional items to guests
