Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional for the role of Executive - Banking Operations & Treasury. This role will primarily be responsible for managing end-to-end banking documentation, regulatory submissions, and liaison with banks for operational requirements. The role requires strong coordination skills, documentation accuracy, and process discipline.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end corporate bank account opening, closure, modification, and maintenance processes.
• Handle KYC documentation, periodic KYC renewals, BO declarations, working capital renewals , documentation for Corporate Card issuance, insurance related documentations and compliance submissions.
• Coordinate for board resolutions, authorized signatory changes, mandate updates, New Sanctions and document notarization/apostille wherever required.
• Liaise with banks for internet banking setup, token devices, user creation, access modification, balance confirmations, and other banking services and portal-related requests.
• Support treasury operations such as balance monitoring, fund transfers, and fund allocation.
• Track investment maturities, interest receipts, redemption timelines, and related documentation.
• Prepare investment MIS reports, confirmations, and supporting schedules for treasury review.
• Maintain tracker of all bank accounts, signatories, user access, and documentation validity timelines.
• Ensure timely renewal/submission of expiring documents and compliance records.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Legal, Secretarial, and Compliance for document collection and approvals.
• Support auditors by providing banking records, confirmations, and required documentation.

Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in banking operations, documentation, account opening, treasury operations, or finance operations.

• Strong understanding of corporate bank account opening documentation and KYC requirements.
• Familiarity with banking products such as current accounts, payment platforms, and internet banking.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and document management practices.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple banks and timelines simultaneously.

Preferred Industry

Candidates with experience in corporate treasury, banking, fintech, e-commerce, travel-tech, NBFC, or high-growth organizations will be preferred.
