The Opportunity We are looking for an Executive Creative Director (ECD) to lead the creative vision of AntiSocial. As Executive Creative Director, you’ll be the senior creative leader for AntiSocial, responsible for setting the creative standard and ensuring our work is ambitious, culturally relevant, strategically sharp, and built for the way people actually consume content. You’ll lead and inspire our creative team, partner closely with Strategy, Accounts, Social, Production, and senior leadership, and play a key role in both our existing client relationships and new business. This role requires someone who understands big brand ideas but is equally passionate about social. You know that great creative today can be a major integrated campaign, a TikTok idea, a creator collaboration, a reactive cultural moment, or an always-on content platform – and you know how to build teams that can deliver across all of it.
