Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Supervises and coordinates activities of room attendants, house attendant, public area cleaners and floor supervisors and Assistant Executive Housekeepers.
- Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff and allocate work sections to the room attendants.
- Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, record and report through appropriate channels and ensure a follow up is done to close any open glitches.
- Oversee the work of all housekeeping staff and ensure staff compliance with established safety and sanitation policies and standards.
- Report and coordinate the maintenance work with the Technical Services team, in respective areas, to keep the property well maintained.
- Ensure correct par stock levels of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen etc,
- Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
- Conduct daily briefings with the Housekeeping team.
- Check the daily arrival list to have detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements.

- Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions.
- Strong communications skills to interact with guests.
- Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of supervisory skills.
