Job Description

Job Summary:Β The Executive - Personnel Development supports the employee development cycle including recruiting, onboarding performance management and employee engagement.Β  The role serves as a key resource for employees and manager and helps execute personnel development programs effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities throughout the hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and assessment activities with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates, including passive talent.
  • Support the implementation of onboarding and new hire orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Assist in administering the performance management process, including performance reviews and employee development discussions.
  • Support the implementation and execution of employee recognition and engagement programs.
  • Monitor employee retention and satisfaction trends and assist in developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment, onboarding, and employee development records and reports.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for personnel development initiatives and programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, HR Operations, Talent Management, or Personnel Development.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and employee relations practices.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong passion for employee development and organizational growth.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
