Shifts Available: 12 Hour Overnight Shifts, Monday-Sunday

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled, specifically for 12-hours shifts with individuals with dementia. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience matters: Bringing 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of providing high-quality care.
• Experience with specialized care, such as Dementia or Parkinson's, is required.
• A desire for stability: Caregivers who want to stick with the same client long-term, building a strong relationship over the years.
• A warm, vibrant heart: Someone who treats clients like family and takes pride in making a positive difference every day.

💛 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming 🛁
• Providing compassionate dementia care with patience and respect 💬
• Offering companionship, engagement, and emotional support throughout the evening with dementia-friendly acitivies
• Supporting mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping 🧺🍲
• Maintaining a calm and comfortable atmosphere

📅 Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts available (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Helping with activities of daily living

• 10+ Dementia Care Experience
• Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and physical support
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
• Able to drive the client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access

Cheer Offers:

• Hourly Rate: $22 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
