Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre in Mount Wellington is looking for casual F&B Attendants to join our friendly, hands-on Wellingtons Restaurant team. We are located in a central yet peaceful location on the edge of the Panmure Lagoon.

About You
- A passion for customer service, high standards of service and excellent attention to detail.
- Is ideally experienced in all facets Restaurant service.
- Have the ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude
- Keep a cool head whilst working under pressure
- Must be able to work on a rotating roster that covers, days, evening/night & weekends.
- Are available to start as soon as possible.
- If you already have your LCQ and First Aid Certificate this is advantageous
- Must have the right to work in NZ
About the Job
The F&B Attendant:
- Is responsible for ensuring exceptional service is delivered to guests, within our restaurant and conference/banquets environment, in accordance with Primeproperty standards and house rules.
- Actively contributes to the efficient operation and revenue generation of the restaurant or conference by providing a high standard of customer service, cleanliness, food and beverage service, preparation and effective cash and card handling.
- Actively identifies opportunities to upsell
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period while accommodating guests effectively and politely.
- Is expected to be flexible in location/team, in order to most effectively deliver on our F&B service requirements.
