We are currently hiring an accomplished F&B Manager to join our team in the Cyclades. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with proven experience in managing food and beverage operations, leading diverse teams, and maintaining exceptional standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.

F&B Manager

The role:

The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Domes brand of luxury hospitality. This role combines operational leadership, quality control, and team development, working closely with the Hotel Manager to drive service excellence, maintain HACCP & ISO standards, and achieve budgetary and operational targets across all F&B departments.

Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

• Oversees daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring service excellence aligned with Domes standards.
• Collaborates with the Hotel Manager to enhance hotel services and operations.
• Ensures SOP, HACCP & ISO compliance across F&B departments.
• Trains and develops F&B staff to deliver top-tier guest service.
• Forecasts F&B needs and ensures consistent food & beverage quality and presentation.
• Oversees staff appearance, hygiene, and conduct.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance and monthly inventory.
• Participates in budget preparation and prepares regular cost/performance reports.
• Handles guest complaints effectively.
• Participates in F&B staff recruitment.

Useful to have:

• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism. MBA or Master’s Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years resort experience as a Food and Beverage Manager at a five-star hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, a second or third language (e.g. French, German, Russian) will be considered a plus.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and PMS OPERA.
