As a Business Developer for Beauty & Wellness at Treatwell, you’ll build your own client portfolio in Rotterdam. You’ll visit salons, hair salons, and barbershops throughout the city—by bike, public transit, or car-sharing. You’ll demonstrate how our software can benefit their business and close the deal yourself. From initial contact to signing the contract to a smooth launch: you’re responsible for the entire process—no lead handoffs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build your own pipeline in Rotterdam: from the first visit to a signed contract, through walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and referrals
• Show salons, hair salons, and barbers how Treatwell (Connect and Salonized), payment terminals, and the marketplace can help their businesses grow
• Share market feedback with the team to help us improve our product
• You’ll be out in the field almost every workday, spending about one day a week at our Amsterdam office

Who You Are

• You have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, B2B outside sales, or a similar sales role
• You have a proven track record of meeting targets (and you’re eager to tell us more about it)
• You enjoy working independently and managing your own region as if it were your own business
• You live in or around Rotterdam and know the city well
• You have a Class B driver’s license
• You are fluent in Dutch and English

Job Application Process

• Introductory meeting with our recruiter (30 min, video)
• Sales interview with a live discovery role-play with the Head of Sales (45 min, video, English)
• Business case presentation at our Amsterdam office (up to 2 hours)
