Reporting to Assessor
Qualifications Basic graduation+ Certification in Special Education with emphasis on Early Childhood Years (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) *Coming from a psychology background will be an added advantage
Experience At six months to at least one year of experience working as a Special Education Teacher or working directly with children with special needs
Work Timings 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM /9 AM – 6 PM/
General Description

Main Responsibilities of a facilitator in the classroom is to help his/her student:
· Collaborating with parents, psychologists and designer –understand the core learning and care needs of the child from the parents and the therapists
· Implement ILAP as suggested by the designer and KLAY team to provide the requisite safe and learning environment to the child
· Take care of the specific feed/nap requirements of the child
· Record the developmental progress and challenges faced if any
· Share feedback with the stakeholders on the decided frequency
· stay focused – incase of incidents or any challenges, takes appropriate actions and report to all the stakeholders
· Participate in the PTC along with the assessor
· participate appropriately in LAP zone
Individual Responsibilities
· Be a team player who can work with other teachers and centre staff
· Arrive on time for work or contact the Center when delayed
· Be reliable in attendance and give ample notice for absences
· Come to work with a positive attitude
· Approach criticism with a learning attitude
· Communicate directly and avoid gossip
