Job Description

  • Create P&IDs, instrument loop diagrams, control system schematics, and select field instruments (transmitters, sensors, control valves).
  • Maintain instrumentation systems to maximize plant uptime, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and resolve operational failures.
  • Develop and implement control strategies using DCS, PLC, or SCADA systems.
  • Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and participate in hazard studies.
  • Perform FAT and SAT commission new equipment, manage vendor documents, and ensure projects stay within budget.
  • Prepare technical reports, data sheets, and maintenance procedures. 
  • Manage and execute maintenance of instrument and analyzer to ensure reliability
  • To provide technical support in the field of instrument and analysis

Qualifications

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Equivalent
  • Proficiency in CAD software, PLC/DCS programming (e.g., DeltaV, Siemens), and smart instrumentation.

Skills :

  • Experience with field instruments, control valves, and hazardous area classification.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to coordinate with technicians and other engineers. 
  • 2–5 years’ experience in Facilities and Utilities System
