Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our Sartell MN team.   In this hands-on role, you will support both equipment maintenance and facility upkeep activities within our production environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is equally comfortable performing preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, building maintenance, and facility cleaning tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production, warehouse, and shipping equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components on equipment
• Maintain forklifts, order pickers, walkie riders, bindery equipment, shipping equipment, and other production support machinery
• Complete routine building maintenance and minor facility repairs
• Assist with facility cleaning, organization, and upkeep to maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Order replacement parts and maintain maintenance records and documentation
• Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and shop machinery to complete repairs and projects
• Partner with Operations leadership and production teams to support facility and equipment needs

About You:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of maintenance technician, facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, mechanic, or related experience
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment
• General knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Comfortable performing a combination of equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, and cleaning responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach
