Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Responsibilities
The Medical Imaging Instructor will teach in MCHP’s Medical Imaging Programs and provide exemplary student support. This faculty position is expected to use a variety of teaching modalities (online, face-to-face, and hybrid) in a variety of settings (didactic and lab), have experience and comfort with academic technology, and be willing to actively engage in innovation. The Instructor is tasked with creating effective student learning experiences that support student success.
Qualifications
1. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
2. ARRT registered in Medical Imaging or expertise in the assigned subjects.
3. Two (2) or more years of experience in the practice of medical imaging or expertise in the assigned subjects.
4. Previous teaching experience.
5. A master’s degree from an accredited university or college is preferred.
6. Doctoral degree preferred.
7. Experience in course design, instructional delivery, and the elements of effective teaching and learning preferred.
