Position SummaryĀ
We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner to serve as our primary clinical provider. This role encompasses all patient consultations, treatment planning, and administration across our service lines. The FNP will be the consistent clinical presence in ourĀ Baltimore location, ensuring we never have to scramble for coverage and that patients always have access to licensed clinical expertise. Must have knowledge on laser hair removal - Candela Certified is a plus
(This is not a PRN position. We need someone dedicated to NPOC who will pour into the practice, understand our vision, and grow with us.)
Core Clinical Responsibilities (70% of Role)Ā
- Conduct allĀ initialĀ and follow-up consultations for GLP-1 weight management, IV therapy, and peptide optimization programsĀ
- Perform comprehensive medical assessments, review health histories, order and interpret labs, and develop individualized treatment plansĀ
- Administer IV hydration therapies (until patient volume requires dedicated IV nurse support)Ā
- Administer Botox and dermal fillers with precision and aesthetic judgment (training provided if needed)Ā
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and ensureĀ optimalĀ safety and outcomesĀ
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation inĀ IntakeQĀ in compliance with Maryland regulationsĀ
- Handle all walk-in clinical questionsĀ
- Be the clinical answer for the team at all timesĀ during office hoursĀ
Community Outreach & Events (20% of Role - During Downtime)Ā
Until patient volume reaches 15+ active weekly patients, the FNP will actively support business development:Ā
- Attend Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce events as NPOC clinical representativeĀ
- Participate in Wellness Wednesday activations and community health eventsĀ
- Attend new member breakfasts and networking events alongside operations
- Represent NPOC at corporate wellness presentations and partnership meetingsĀ
- Speak knowledgeably about all NPOC services, membership benefits, and clinical differentiatorsĀ
- Capture content (with patient consent) for social media and marketingĀ
Continuous Learning & Certifications (10% of Role)Ā
- Complete Botox/filler certification if not already certified (NPOC sponsors training)Ā
- Stay current on GLP-1 medications, peptide protocols, and IV therapy formulationsĀ
- ObtainĀ additionalĀ certifications as NPOC expands services (e.g., PRF, microneedling)Ā
- Document and refine clinical protocols based on patient outcomesĀ
- Train support staff on clinical procedures as appropriateĀ
Required QualificationsĀ
Licensure & Certification (Non-Negotiable)Ā
- Active individual NPI number
- Active Maryland Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standingĀ
- Current DEA licenseĀ
- BLS/ACLS certification (both required)Ā
- CurrentĀ Maryland CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substances) licenseĀ
Clinical ExperienceĀ
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing FNPĀ
- Hands-on IV administration experience (comfortable starting IVs independently)Ā
- Experience or strong interest in wellness services: weight management, IV therapy, peptide therapyĀ
- Must have knowledge on laser hair removal - Candela Certified is a plus
- Aesthetic injection experience preferred (Botox/fillers) OR willingness to complete training withinĀ 60 daysĀ

- Knowledge of GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide), administration protocols, and side effect managementĀ
- Understanding of IV therapy formulations, vitamin/mineral protocols, and hydration scienceĀ

- Tech-comfortable: Zoho CRM, able to useĀ IntakeQ, and basic scheduling toolsĀ
Preferred QualificationsĀ
- Active aesthetic injection certification (AAFE, IAPAM, or equivalent)Ā
- Experience in concierge, membership-based, or boutique healthcare settingsĀ
- Familiarity with peptide therapeutics and regenerative medicine applicationsĀ
- Local to Waldorf
