Job Description
- Installation and commissioning of QuidelOrtho instruments
- Ensure proper response and resolution for the customer service complaints
- Schedule and implement Preventive Maintenance for the assigned instruments .
- Install the software and hardware modification within timeline
- Adherence to Service policies- Follow the QuidelOrtho & ISO 13485 recommended documentation process for all service activities
- Collection of AMC/CMC from the customers for the sold instrument which are not in contract.
Qualification & Experience
- BTech/BE/Diploma in Electronics & Communication /Electrical& Electronics /Biomedical Engineering
- 5 to 8 years of experience working in IVD or Medical Device
