We are seeking applications for the position of site-deployed field expert (Substation)-  Bhadla-III Power Station (PS). 

Missions/Main Duties

  • Supervision of construction activities at Bhadla-III Power Station (PS)
  • Supervision of quality-related issues
  • Monitoring progress and identifying issues arising during the construction phase, to be documented in the Monthly Progress Report submitted to the client

Profile/Skills

  • Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering having at least 4 years’ experience in construction of EHV transmission substation projects.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
