- Collaborate with other divisions to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Promote Company products/services, aiming for:
- Monthly contract sales budget
- Monthly product sales budget
- Monthly job sales budget
- Effective sales strategy includes:
- 6 confirmed customer appointments daily
- 8 prospect calls daily
- Conduct weekly reviews and submit daily reports.
- Mandatory use of activity tracking tool.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and keep up with market trends.
- Conduct business negotiations to protect company profitability.
- Work with the General Manager on sales strategies using marketing resources.
- Align daily activities with KPIs and report via SOLO tool.
- Provide accurate quotations using "Speed Reporter."
- Process sales orders using company pricing tools correctly.
