Join CPM Ireland as a Sales Representative on behalf of National Broadband Ireland (NBI), helping bring high-speed fibre broadband to homes and communities across the country.

What We Offer
- €28,000 - €30,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
- Uncapped Commission with €12,000+ OTE
- Company-branded van or €6,000 car allowance
- Fuel card provided
- €7 daily lunch allowance
- Company tablet and mobile phone
- Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm
- No weekend work
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing your own designated sales territory
- Meeting homeowners face-to-face and promoting NBI broadband solutions
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately submitting daily activity and sales reports
- Planning efficient sales routes and managing leads effectively
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer care
- Becoming an expert in NBI's products, services, and installation process
- Completing customer applications accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring customers fully understand their journey from sign-up through to connection
Experience That Would Be Beneficial
- Door-to-door or field sales experience
- Knowledge of NBI or the telecommunications industry
- Territory management and lead generation experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
