💰 €58,500 OTE:

• Base Salary: Up to €35,000

Your Role at Electric Ireland:

As a Field Sales Team Lead  representing Electric Ireland, Ireland’s leading and most recognised energy provider, you will be responsible for driving sales performance.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a hybrid role involving a mix of field coaching and personal selling.

Meeting customers face-to-face in their homes, you'll introduce market-leading energy solutions that help households save money during challenging economic times. With Electric Ireland offering some of the most competitive products available, you'll have a fantastic opportunity to maximise your earnings while building strong customer relationships. Coaching will enable you to share your proven skills with colleagues, delivering structured field coaching with sales reps to maximise sales performance through role-modelling, coaching and feedback on best practice across planning, sales conversations, objection handling, quality and compliance.

Essential Requirements:

✔ Full Clean Driver's Licence

✔ Positive, can-do attitude with a competitive mindset

✔ Enjoy engaging with customers and building lasting relationships

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English

✔ Professional approach with strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly

✔ Flexibility to work Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

✔ Proven track record of achieving targets in sales or a similarly demanding environment

✔ Demonstrable coaching/leading competence in sales or a comparable environment
