Dematic is looking for an experienced Forklift Field Service Technician to join our growing Mobile Automation team. This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the world's most advanced robotic forklifts in the exciting world of warehouse automation with full training provided.

Dematic is looking for an experienced Forklift Field Service Technician to join our growing Mobile Automation team. This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the world's most advanced robotic forklifts in the exciting world of warehouse automation with full training provided.

Tasks and Qualifications:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Working across our customer sites across Melbourne, you will:
- Service, maintain and repair AGV forklifts
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and automation faults
- Calibrate sensors and automation equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and site support
- Assist with upgrades, installations and system improvements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Forklift mechanical and/or electrical technician experience
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (Forklift) – AUR31220 (desirable)
- Field service experience supporting mobile plant, forklift or access machinery
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience (desirable)
- Customer and solutions focused attitude and excellent communication skills
- Current driver's licence
