Role Summary:
The Final Assembly team ensure that customers receive their orders on time and with 100% accuracy.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Following daily production orders to build product accordingly
- Prepping packing materials in slow days to help productivity later
- Participating in weekly team huddles for planning / improvement
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Seek ways to improve / streamline inspection methods and communication channels
- Comply with Megapro’s core values and ethical standards and all applicable policies
- Daily cleaning of the work area being used
- Support other activities as required by company requirements and management direction
- Ability to lift 60lbs
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong ability to solve problems effectively.
- Sharp attention to detail and dedication to consistency
- Confident and a quick learner
- Ability to lift 60+ pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
This position is Monday to Friday 4 hours per day with the potential of additional hours
