Opportunities in Finance

As an IT graduate at Swift, you will help build and support the systems that power global financial services.

You may contribute to:

• Management reporting, dashboards and KPI monitoring

• Financial research and analysis to support business cases and investment decisions

• Process improvements and automation initiatives

• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities

• Analyse financial results, identify trends and provide insights to support business decision-making

We are looking for Graduates who: 

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Show curiosity, learning agility and initiative

• Take ownership and accountability

• Collaborate effectively in diverse, international environments

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• You should hold (or expect to complete) a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering before the programme start date.

• Candidates with up to one year of professional work experience are encouraged to apply     

• Fluency in English is required

Graduate roles are available in our headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium

Offer

We offer a competitive yearly salary of €56,000 (including 13th month and holiday allowance). Pension and insurances are paid by Swift. You’ll be based at our headquarters with great on-site facilities, including a sports centre and outdoor swimming pool.
