Job Description

• Supervision & control of day to day accounting activities.
• Ensuring the correctness of accounting books on real time basis, including AR/AP/GL/FA etc.
• Control of monthly closing activities and preparation of MIS reports.
• Preparation of annual financial statements and getting the same audited.
• Controlling the project accounting and monthly time sheet reporting on various projects.
• Working closely with respective project managers/department heads and ensuring the timely issuance of invoices and follow up on collections.
• Handling treasury functions, liaisoning with banks and arrange the issuance of bank guarantees as required for various projects.
• Handling the TDS compliances, filing of TDS returns and issuance of TDS certificates.
• Handling the foreign remittances after complying with necessary TDS formalities and DTAA documentation.
• Handling the transfer pricing documentation and getting the reports from auditors.
• Preparation/filing of Annual Income tax returns of domestic & foreign companies.
• Preparation of documents/details for income tax assessments.
• Handling day to day GST matters, GST audits, filing of GST Returns and coordinating with GST officials.
• Handling ROC compliances and preparation/filing of various forms with MCA.
• Managing the insurance policies of the company and timely renewal thereof.

Qualifications

Industry: Engineering Consultancy

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 5-8 years
