This is a full-year position combining summer operations in Mykonos with winter flexibility (Athens or remote).
At SantAnna, we create one of the most iconic beach club experiences in Mykonos, combining luxury lifestyle, music, gastronomy and high-end service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join our team on a full-year basis, supporting both the seasonal operations in Mykonos and the company’s financial activities during the winter period.

The Role
This is a hands-on and operational role, requiring daily presence in the business during the season and close collaboration with the Operations team.
You will lead and develop a small finance team of 2–3 team members, ensuring strong financial control in a demanding, high-revenue hospitality environment.
The role includes: • On-site presence in Mykonos (6 months) • Athens-based or remote work during the winter season

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily financial operations on-site (cash flow, cash handling, POS reconciliation, daily reporting) • Monitor high-volume revenue streams and identify discrepancies in real time • Ensure strict cash control procedures and compliance across all departments • Control and analyze costs (F&B, payroll, suppliers) with focus on margins • Work closely with Operations to improve efficiency and profitability on a daily basis • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports • Support strategic planning and financial structuring during the off-season • Manage relationships with accountants, auditors, banks, and external partners

Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field • Proven experience in hospitality, beach club, restaurant or high-volume operations • Strong understanding of cash management & on-site financial control • Hands-on mindset and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills • Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial systems • Availability to relocate to Mykonos during the summer season
