Functieomschrijving
Als Finance Representative Credit Controller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van onze debiteurenportefeuille en het optimaliseren van ons credit control proces. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales en Post-Sales om klanttevredenheid én cashflow te verbeteren.
En daarnaast:
Bewaak en volg je openstaande betalingen op.
Onderhoud je telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten over betalingsachterstanden.
Rapporteer je aan de Finance Manager Credit Control over achterstallige betalingen, kredietlimieten en betalingsvoorwaarden.
Draag je actief bij aan het optimaliseren van het credit control proces.
Blokkeer en deblokkeer je klanten volgens de geldende richtlijnen en procedures.
Bespreek je facturen en openstaande posten met Sales en Post-Sales en escaleer je waar nodig.
Werk je met Excel en verschillende IT-tools om analyses en rapportages op te stellen.
Jij:
Beschikt over een financiële of boekhoudkundige achtergrond en kan een balans lezen.
Kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans én Engels.
Bent communicatief sterk en durft het gesprek aan te gaan met klanten.
Werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
Bent stressbestendig en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
Beschikt over een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
