Finance Specialist

Revpanda Group is looking for a Finance Specialist to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background, experience supporting audit processes, and the ability to manage financial operations across multiple entities within the group. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Latvian and English, as well as familiarity with crypto-related transactions.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with local and international standards, and smooth coordination between our group companies.

Responsibilities:

• Review client accounts and ensure all financial information is accurate and up to date
• Issue invoices based on internal data, partner account reports, and company procedures
• Review, process, and record bank transactions in the bookkeeping system
• Classify payments and transactions into appropriate categories to ensure accurate financial records
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized financial records
• Prepare financial reports based on management requests
• Support audit processes in Latvia by preparing and providing required financial documents and information
  
• Review and record cryptocurrency-related transactions, where applicable, with a basic understanding of crypto payment flows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; or accounting-related studies or accredited accounting courses are preferred
• 1+ years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency-related transactions
• Professional proficiency in English and Latvian, both written and spoken
• Experience working with bookkeeping or accounting software (1C, Tilde Jumis, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems)
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
