You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Treasury Coordinator, Corporate Accountant, or similar financial role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and financial modeling.
• Experience working with financial models and large datasets.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of IFRS (SMEs or Full IFRS) is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in technology companies or multi-entity corporate environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to finance is desirable.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Manage project invoicing processes and coordinate vendor payments to ensure financial accuracy and traceability.
• Maintain and update financial models using operational and project data.
• Prepare and update monthly financial reports for project and business performance tracking.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and cash flow analysis.
• Maintain profitability models, financial dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Monitor collections, project billing, and financial performance across active engagements.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation, and financial reconciliations.
• Update labor cost models and support financial closing activities.
• Maintain intercompany financial models and funding reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Accounting, or Treasury.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
