Job Description:
- We are looking for a Finance Analyst – COD to manage day-to-day finance reconciliation, COD reporting, payout and settlement coordination, and MIS reporting.
- The role will work closely with last-mile vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and support timely financial reporting.
- This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
- This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day finance reconciliation activities.
- Maintain internal COD reconciliation reports.
- Consolidate COD reconciliation workings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Perform COD reconciliation analysis and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with last-mile vendors for reconciliation and settlement-related matters.
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, or Reconciliation.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
