About This Job

Licensed Relationship Managers create and foster relationships with clients and partners. They introduce financial solutions, deepen relationships with clients and provide support across a broad range of client needs. Licensed RM’s understand the company’s responsible growth strategy, operations and compliance initiatives. Licensed RM's are focused on increasing assets and generating revenue to the bank.

• Educate clients on alternative banking solutions including investment vehicles and non-FDIC insured products
• Responsible for forming and maintaining connections with clients through Customer Relationship Management strategies
• Actively engages with customer portfolio for growth, risk mitigation, referral opportunity and retention.
• Sales activity: direct calling, appointment setting, networking activities, outbound phone calls, e-mail, trade conferences, appropriate social media marketing.
• Actively cross-sells appropriate banking solutions to new and existing clients. Partners with Small Business and Lending to meet customers financial needs.
• Is responsible to meet individual assigned sales goals of deposit, mortgage, invest account generation, fee income and new relationships to the bank.
