- Monitor and validate daily FX rate processing jobs, ensuring currency data is current and accurately reflected across financial systemsÂ
- Review daily Expense Report interface jobs, identifying and resolving un-synced records to maintain data consistency between systemsÂ
- Monitor the SAP SuccessFactors -> finance systems data feed, diagnosing sync errors and restoring alignment between HR and financial recordsÂ
Master Data Management
- Create and maintain supplier master records in SAPÂ ByDesign, ensuring completeness and accuracy of vendor informationÂ
- Set up new General Ledger (GL) accounts in accordance with the company's chart of accounts and financial reporting requirementsÂ
- Create and manage finance records in Tagetik, supporting the consolidation and performance management reporting processÂ
- Create new customers and projects in Zoho, and manage user account activation to support project tracking and CRM workflowsÂ
Month-End Close & System AdministrationÂ
- Execute period open/close procedures during the first week of each month across relevant systems, coordinating with Finance to meet reporting deadlinesÂ
- Issue monthly timesheet reminders via SAP Analytics Cloud to support accurate time recording and project cost allocationÂ
- Open new projects in SAP and maintain existing project structures, keeping data current to support financial planning and reportingÂ
System Support, Escalation & Vendor CoordinationÂ
- Act as the first point of contact for system-related issues, raising and managing support tickets with the SAP partner for SAP ByDesign and SuccessFactorsÂ
- Track open tickets through to resolution, following up with consultants and communicating progress and business impact to Finance and internal stakeholdersÂ
Systems environment
You'll work daily across a modern, cloud-based finance/IT stack:Â
