Job Description

JO&JOE Auckland is looking for its next Food & Beverage All Rounder! Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the Auckland team! The F&B Attendant will support the bars and kitchen operations, ensuring guests enjoy a fun, friendly, and seamless experience.

Mission 1: Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests, whether they’re locals or travellers.

Mission 2: Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, and assist with service at the bar or tables.

Mission 3: Run food to guests with energy and care, ensuring presentation and timing are on point.

Mission 4: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment.

Mission 5: Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the manager.

Mission 6: Support the team during events and busy periods, helping create a lively and inclusive atmosphere.

Mission 7: Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including those related to food handling and alcohol service.

Qualifications

 Because you’ve got it in you:

• A natural flair for customer service.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:

• Field of study: Hospitality or Restauration (preferred but not essential).
• Professional experience: 1 year minimum in a similar role.
• Language required: English
• Legal working rights for New Zealand
