Footwear Quality Assurance

About the Role

Join Specialized and help bring high-performance footwear to life.

This Footwear Quality Assurance role works closely with factory teams and engineers to ensure our products are production-ready, high quality, and consistent at scale. You’ll be involved from commercialization to mass production, identifying risks early, validating fit and materials, and ensuring every pair meets our standards.

How You will Make a Difference

• Support commercialization (T2–T4) and ensure production readiness

• Monitor factory production quality and resolve issues on-site

• Review lab tests, materials, and first production outputs

• Perform in-line checks and final inspections

• Partner with factory teams to drive quality improvements

What You will Need to Win

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is highly preferable

• 3–5+ years in footwear QA / manufacturing / commercialization

• Experience in in-line inspection and final inspection; and lab testing coordination (materials, bonding, performance)

• Solid understanding of footwear construction (upper & bottom), factory production workflows and commercialization process. Exposure to performance footwear or technical products is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving capability (RCA, issue identification, follow-up)

• Good English communication skills with factory teams and internal stakeholders

• Willingness to work hands-on at factories
