Foreman - Plumbing
About this role
Williams is looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our crews and keep projects moving. If you’re a skilled plumber who knows how to get the job done and is ready to take the lead, we want to talk to you.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll spend your time in the field leading your crew, solving problems, coordinating the work, and jumping in when the job needs you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead a plumbing crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently
- Read plans, coordinate materials and manpower, and make sure work is done right
- Work hands-on with your crew to install and troubleshoot plumbing systems
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades
- Train apprentices and hold your crew to high standards for safety and quality
- Track daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentation
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Current Montana Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- Strong plumbing experience and knowledge of the trade
- Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot problems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
- Required plumbing licenses/certifications
