Role Overview
We are looking for someone to join the Founder’s Office – New Initiatives and work closely with the Founder/CEO on identifying, evaluating, and driving high-impact strategic opportunities.
This role will focus on 0-to-1 initiatives, including new business opportunities, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and other high-priority projects. The person should be comfortable working with ambiguity, structuring complex problems, and taking initiatives from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business, product, market, and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment.
- Build business cases, financial models, and recommendations for leadership.
- Drive selected initiatives from concept and validation through pilot and execution.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Support the Founder/CEO on key strategic priorities and special projects.
- Track outcomes and assess the scalability and commercial viability of new initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Founder’s Office, Corporate Strategy, or similar roles.
- Prior entrepreneurial experience or exposure to building new ventures would be an advantage.
- Experience building and scaling new businesses, products, or initiatives from the ground up.
- Strong exposure to evaluating markets, business models, competitive landscapes, and new growth opportunities.
- Experience working on growth strategy, market entry, business building, commercial strategy, or similar high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business models, financials, market dynamics, and commercial viability.
- Ability to work independently and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- High ownership and ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, FinTech, BFSI, or technology-led businesses would be an advantage.
