La ferme aux vins, restaurant traditionnel indépendant, accolé à l'hôtel Ibis Sud situé à Beaune recherche un chef de rang H/F.

Nous sommes membre du réseau Accor et rattaché au groupe familial Hôtels Bourgogne Qualité. Si vous recherchez un poste avec une équipe jeune, dynamique dans une ambiance conviviale, vous êtes au bon endroit. Nous accueillons une clientèle internationale et locale.

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Maître d’Hôtel, vous orchestrez le service de vos rangs pour offrir une expérience irréprochable à nos clients :

  • Accueil & Service : Accueillir les clients, les installer, présenter la carte et effectuer le service en salle avec fluidité et professionnalisme.

  • Conseil & Vente : Valoriser notre carte et nos spécialités régionales ; conseiller les clients sur les accords mets et vins.

  • Gestion du rang : Veiller au bon déroulement du repas, dresser et débarrasser les tables, et assurer le suivi des commandes.

  • Encadrement : Guider et épauler les commis de salle ou apprentis lors des services.

  • Règles d'hygiène : Veiller au respect strict des normes HACCP et de propreté en salle.
