About this role
We are looking for a Fraud Investigation Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate suspected fraud, forgery, and related incidents.
- Collect, preserve, and analyze evidence and conduct interviews.
- Identify control weaknesses, root causes, and financial losses.
- Prepare investigation reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Legal, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Insurance, and relevant authorities.
- Maintain fraud case files and support regulatory/legal reporting requirements.
- Contribute to fraud prevention, internal controls, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
- Advanced experience in fraud and forgery investigations.
- Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of fraud detection systems, banking systems, AML, and operational risk.
- Good command of English.
