Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role The Fraud Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and investigating fraud across PayJoy's Credit Line and Credit Card products in the Philippines. This role focuses on identifying emerging fraud patterns, conducting fraud investigations, supporting fraud mitigation initiatives, and ensuring operational queues and investigations are managed effectively. The Fraud Operations Analyst will work closely with Fraud Operations, Risk, Product, Engineering, Collections, and Operations teams to identify control gaps, improve fraud detection capabilities, and strengthen fraud prevention throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for an analytical and curious individual who enjoys investigations, problem solving, and translating fraud trends into practical actions that protect portfolio quality and support sustainable business growth.
