Job Description
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Update relevant stakeholders on the status & progress
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma and above
- Languages Required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 years' experience in recruitment /headhunter
- Experience in hiring interns to senior level position
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to start immediately will be a huge plus
