Who We Typically Work With

We regularly engage freelance talent for roles such as,

• Engineers (A1, A2, V1, V2, LED, LD, ME)
  
• Camera Operators & Technical Directors
  
• Graphics Operators (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote)
• Playback Operators (e.g. Millumin, Pixera, Mitti, etc)
• Production Assistants & Stage Managers
  
• Show Callers & Event Producers
  
• Streaming / Broadcast Specialists
• Breakout Coordinators
• Set/Strike Crew
  

What We Look For

• Proven experience in live event production or AV services
  
• Technical expertise with industry-standard gear and platforms (e.g. audio consoles, video switchers, playback systems, lighting rigs, streaming tools)
  
• Professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability in a show environment
  
• Ability to collaborate on-site or remotely with production teams, clients, and vendors
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
  
• A strong work ethic and “no job too small” mindset
• Available to work nights and weekends as needed
  
• Available to travel
• Able to lift 50 lbs. when needed
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work with others
• Teamwork ethic
