A DAY IN THE LIFE
Performs routine clerical procedures in support of assigned company departments and monitors incoming office calls.
STEP INTO THE ROLE
- Serves as company receptionist; answers incoming phone calls and greets clients.
- Maintains good rapport with field personnel calling in for assistance.
- Provides clerical support to various departments and jobsites as needed (copying, filing, data entry, supplies, etc.).
- Provides backup shipping coverage to Building Services Support Assistant.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, front desk reception or call center experience.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- Bilingual proficiency preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills in order to work with employees and the public.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
