Front Desk Supervisor
Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career?
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and team-focused Front Desk Supervisor to help lead our Front Office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, delivering exceptional guest service, and leading by example.
As a working supervisor, you will spend most of your time performing Front Desk Agent duties while supporting the Front Desk Manager with daily operations, training, coaching, and team leadership.
What You'll Do:
Guest Service
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every interaction.
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery situations.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, emails, and phone inquiries.
- Provide local area, hotel, and amenity information.
Leadership & Operations
- Support the Front Desk Manager in daily operations.
- Train, coach, and support Front Desk team members.
- Ensure policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and operational needs.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.
Flexibility & Teamwork
- Work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and Night Audit is required.
- Assist with Night Audit coverage 2 days per week
- Support other departments during busy periods.
Health & Safety
- Follow and promote all Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
What We're Looking For:
Previous Front Desk experience required.
- Must work 2 NIGHT AUDIT SHIFTS PER WEEK to cover full time Night Audit days off
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
- Ability to adapt to changing operational demands.
